Moen Retail Disposal lineup.
The Moen disposal lineup had entered the market in the wholesale category. A retail strategy was needed to appeal to a specific persona that was shopping for disposals in the same mindset as power tools. A form that emphasized power and performance and aggressiveness to separate from the transitional styles of the current aisle.
I also led the ID activities in the development of new innovative solutions to improve installation, sanitization and water flow for a cleaner grind chamber. I partnered with our Engineering team to run CFD analysis on multiple iterations of the splash guard to deliver unmatched cleaning of the grind chamber.
