Hoover Commercial Brand Language
When I joined the commercial team, the corded backpack shell was in development. I was tasked with completing that design, recording the brand language and expanding it across the whole portfolio. The brand requires extreme durability, comfort and usability as the end users are operating these devices for up to 8 hours a day. Outside of commercial environments it is rare for the user to develop such an intimate relationship with a product. Every small inconvenience is magnified. The research with the users was essential and an integral part of the build measure learn loops for these devices.
